Terms and Conditions

1.    Product Warranty

Every item goes through stringent quality control before delivering to our customers. Customer satisfaction matters to us and we'll do our best in delivering quality products relative to its pricing.


2.    Price

All our prices are in Singapore dollars and nett. All items include with free local normal postage delivery.


3.    Billing Accuracy

We ensure accuracy in our billing in all our transactions.


4.    Delivery services

Delivery can be done by normal mailing, registered mailing or local courier service. Delivery time frame is estimated only. All postal mailing will be from SingPost, delivery schedule is under SingPost commitment and not FMM. As such, FMM will not be responsible for late deliveries as a result of SingPost schedule.


We will not be responsible for any lost mail using Normal mailing via SingPost. We strongly encourage customers to register their orders for assurance. We will take utmost care in packing your goods to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible conditions. We apologize we are not able to deliver to addresses with P.O. Box numbers

*Registered article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/

Charges are as follows:

4a: FREE Normal Local Postage Delivery

All items include FREE normal local postage delivery.

4b: Registered Mail Delivery

Goods will be delivered via Singpost's registered mail system and takes approximately 2 - 3 working days. Each package is limited to a maximum of 2KG. Delivery to doorsteps.

Registered Mail Rates
Additional fee of SGD $2.50 on top of normal postage fee per package.

4c: Local Courier Delivery

Local Courier Service is made available upon request.


5.    Mode of Payment.

Bank payment via Internet/ATM Fund Transfer
We accept Local Bank (DBS/POSB) Transfers. For Bank Transfer (via ATM or Internet Banking). We will need you to inform us that your transfer has taken place. Please sign in and update the payment status.

Confirmation of Orders
An order confirmation will be sent to your email within 24 hours upon confirming of the orders. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.


6.    Exchange & Refunds

All goods sold are non-refundable. Please refer to the following policies for the exchange terms.


6a. Exchange Policy


A sizing chart is provided to help our customer determine a fit that is confortable.

An exchange will be made if:


1. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.

2. The size of the product we delivered is not the size customer has ordered.

3. The product is torn/damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product.


Exchanges are valid for other items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is greater in value, the price difference will be topped up by the customer.


In the event that an exchange has been approved, we cannot guarantee that the exact design, colour, size of the merchandise in question will be available. All approved exchanges will be based on availability of merchandise at point of time.


We do not accept returns/exchanges on garment that have been: altered, worned, washed, or damaged. There should be no stains (i.e. makeup) or any scents (i.e. perfume) and should be returned in its original condition with all labels and tags intact. FMM has the final say whether the product in mention is valid for return/exchange. We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.

6b. Refund policy

A full refund of the product paid will be made if:


1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.


Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.

Delivery cost for exchange/refund items will be borne by FMM. Delivery methods will be determined by FMM.


7.    Product Descriptions

FMM and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, FMM does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.


8.    Indemnity

Clothes & Accessories are made from a variety of material. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction resulting from the material.


9.    Colours and sizes

FMM have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown in our website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
FMM also have done our best to display and provide the measurements and size of clothes as provided by our suppliers. We cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will suit your size. Please read the description clearly and do not hesitate to email us if in doubt. Exchange/Returns on the premise of colour variation will not be entertained.
